1. Review of Career Cruisuing and Pathways handout;
2. 8th grade career interest survey;
3. Restoration of Voc-ed Programs;
4. Dismissed to subgroups.
Actions taken:
1. Unified grading: establish need for ability scale and department survey.
2. Pathways: revision of pathway options.
3. Cruising: received teacher lesson packets and cruising web resource.
4. Marketing: survey completed and actions plans established.

1. Unified grading: need for unique scale for varied abilities.
2. Pathways: classes that may lose funding if not offered and class additions that are needed.
3. Cruising: incorporation with current students.
