Topic of discussion:
1.    Don Palm shared data- referrals down, tardy sweep decent, disrespect down a little, fighting up a smidge, kids reporting more bullying- cyber bullying a real issue,
2.    PBIS Store- kids like the food, Swirl Tickets, etc.- Average about 100 cards a Wednesday, Other ways to get cards out and other prizes- Saving up tickets versus changing colors
3.    PBIS Videos and PBIS Skits (Public Service Announcements) and Lesson plans to go with them
4.    Credit Recovery- some kids multitasking and using time entirely for credit recovery, improving communication with parents.  Sue Vize- How do we prevent students from taking it as an easy out?˜Andrew adapted the rigor for a student, it‚s not all online˜making it as rigorous as the English classes they should/would have been taking.
5.    PBIS Team meetings outside of HSTW #1 Team Meetings- every other week, nuts and bolts, sign up with Ed Veasey

Actions taken:
1.    PBIS Tickets- Vouchers for students who save up before ticket color change
2.    PBIS Videos/Skits & Lesson Plans
3.    Credit Recovery- kids getting kicked out for continuously straying from task, Tia Rice helping with parental involvement, Trish Matson creating flier to help promote during Freshmen Orientation next year.
4.    English Dept. will be consulted regarding how to raise the rigor in credit recovery (ie. General essay prompts); Ed Veasey suggested open house of credit recovery times
