Physical Examinations District 41 Students from who will be attending Edison Jr. High School,
Washington Jr. High School, or Rock Island High School in the fall of
2005 can obtain their athletic physical examination on May 25th from
6pm to 8pm for a cost of $2. Students should report to the East
Gymnasium. A team of volunteer doctors and nurses will be providing
the physicals. The fee is payable at the time of the physical. A
physical examination is required of all athletes, including
cheerleading, prior to participation in any practices or games.
